The staple-shaped nail Kasugai (Staple), used to fasten two building materials together. This shape has long been cherished in Japan as a symbol of connecting people and things.

We applied this structure to jewelry stone setting. The oval-cut natural stone is gently held by a kasugai-shaped part. This new stone setting method, which does not require traditional "prongs" or "frames," allows the natural stone's shape and expression to breathe more freely.

This ring features a bi-color smoky quartz.

Smoky quartz is said to have been used as early as around 3000 BC by the Sumerians and Egyptians. It turns brown due to natural radiation acting on trace amounts of aluminum contained in the quartz. In this collection, we use bi-color stones that evoke a sense of allure as gemstones, including those with varying shades of brown and those combined with clear colors.

New style of stone setting

The traditional "prongs" and "settings" used for mounting stones in jewelry are no longer necessary. This new form of stone setting allows for greater freedom in the shapes of the natural stones used. To express this sense of liberation, we incorporate natural stones with various cuts.

Rising ridgeline

A delicate ridge line emerges at the center of the voluminous natural stone. The shape of the kasugai (clamp) part is designed to highlight this contrast.

Engraving on the ring

- Up to a maximum of 20 half-width characters can be engraved on the inside of the ring.
- Supported fonts: Alphabet, numbers *Kanji, hiragana, katakana are not allowed
- Half-width spaces, symbols, etc. are also counted as characters.
- Symbols such as hearts are treated as full-width and equivalent to 2 half-width characters.
- For symbols that can be engraved, please refer to the engraving content field.
- The font cannot be selected.
- We do not perform any proofreading of the engraving content at our store. Any errors in the text will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please understand this in advance.

Holiday Season Limited Wrapping

The product will be placed inside an original jewelry pouch and delivered in a box. During the holiday season, it will be delivered with limited edition wrapping featuring a special illustrated tag. The tag can also be used as a message card.

* The three types of tags are delivered randomly. You cannot choose the design.
* This offer applies to orders placed by around 10:00 AM on January 5, 2026.
* Limited quantity. Even within the period, once supplies run out, delivery will switch to the regular packaging.

Can a tool that has been used for construction since ancient times be applied to connect natural stone and precious metals?
From such an idea was born the collection "Staple".
A new jewelry has been created by fastening randomly cut natural stones with staple-shaped parts.
