Usage Instructions
The Terms of Use for "cobaco" (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") are established for the products and services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided by the online store "cobaco" (hereinafter referred to as "our Store") operated by cobaco Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our Company"), and apply between our Company and individual and corporate customers.
If you use our store, you will be deemed to have agreed to all the terms stated in these regulations, so please be sure to check them before use.

(Product Price)

(Product Order)
After selecting the product from the designated order form, you will need to fill in the necessary information for your order, such as the delivery address and payment method. Once the order is completed, it will be considered that you have agreed to all the contents, including the notes listed on the product page and other information on our site. We will send a confirmation of the information you provided and your order details via email. Please note that any necessary confirmation work thereafter may be communicated primarily via email, but we may also contact you by phone or mail, so please be aware of this in advance. We cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred by the customer due to not receiving communication from our store, so please ensure that you provide information that allows us to contact you (the orderer).

(Product Reservation)
We are unable to accept requests for holding or reserving products, so please understand.

(Shipping of Products)
Delivery addresses are limited to domestic addresses. (For our overseas customers, we have separate external payment and delivery services available.Payment methods, delivery methods, and the time it takes for delivery vary by product and your location. For details about shipping, please check "Shipping Information."

(Returns and Exchanges)
We do not accept returns or exchanges except for defective products. We cannot accept returns for resized rings, made-to-order jewelry, custom items (including engraving), clothing, and consumables such as care products. Please note that if you contact us more than 7 days after the product arrives, even if it is a manufacturing defect, it may be subject to repair (for a fee).
At our store, we take great care in checking and shipping our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, an item that is different from your order, or a damaged product, we will promptly exchange or repair it at our expense. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.(MINERAL SPECIMENSOnly within 3 daysPlease contact our store. We cannot accept exchanges due to customer convenience or exchanges for different products.
If you do not comply with the rules stated above, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges. Additionally, regarding shortages, defects, or flaws in the product, we will not be responsible for providing any remedies other than those specified above. (Payment Method)
For payment, you can use a credit card,Apple Pay, Google Payis available for your use. Please note that depending on the payment method, additional fees may apply, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
After placing your order, we cannot accommodate changes to the payment method due to privacy protection considerations. If you wish to change the payment method for your convenience, any fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. (Order Cancellation)
We accept cancellations until we send you an email titled "Order Confirmation" after confirming your order. After that, we will immediately begin production, and we will not accept any cancellations or changes. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
If you need to cancel after the deadline, we sincerely apologize, but you will be required to bear 50% of the product price excluding consumption tax.

(Change of Order Details)
If you wish to change your order details, such as payment methods or delivery methods, please contact us. However, we cannot accept changes to orders for which production has already begun at the time we receive your contact. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise from failing to complete the change procedures.

(Customer Information Handling)
The customer information (personal information and order information) entrusted to us will be strictly managed in accordance with the separately established privacy policy. Please refer to the "Privacy Policy."

(Prohibited Actions)
When using our store, the following actions are prohibited. If we determine that your actions fall under the following categories, we may terminate your contract with us without notice or refuse your future use of this service. Additionally, we may seek compensation for any damages incurred by us as a result, and in the case of criminal activities, we may file criminal charges.
1. Impersonating others or entering and submitting false order information
2. Making a purchase application without the intention to buy, or frequently returning items.
3. Acts intended for commercial use, such as purchasing for resale purposes
4. Acts of delaying or failing to perform obligations
5. Actions that interfere with normal delivery, such as refusing to accept the product or returning the product due to long-term absence.
6. Acts that interfere with our normal business operations or the normal provision of services at our store
7. Acts that infringe on the rights of our company or third parties (including intellectual property rights such as copyright and trademark rights)
8. Criminal acts such as fraud, threats, extortion, coercion, violence, and acts that violate public order and morals, as well as other acts that violate laws and regulations.
9. Excessive demands that exceed the services provided by our company
10. Other actions deemed inappropriate by our company

(Service Interruption)
In the event that part or all of this service is suspended due to force majeure (including but not limited to infectious diseases, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, riots, the enactment or revision of laws and regulations, guidance and orders from administrative agencies, power outages, interruptions, delays, cancellations, data loss due to failures or system maintenance of communication lines, computers, and network equipment, unauthorized access, issues or accidents related to outsourced operations, warehouse logistics, and transportation, labor disputes, equipment accidents, etc.), the company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by customers.

Governing Law
The interpretation and application of these terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, regardless of the rules on the applicable law.

Copyright
The copyright holders of the content published on this site, the manuscripts of the newsletters distributed by our store, images, illustrations, videos, audio, photographs, designs, data, etc., are us or the content providers, and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or use of the content, text, images, etc. on this site is strictly prohibited.
Please be aware that we may publish emails received from customers in the content of our online store and newsletters. Additionally, we may also publish products ordered by customers in the content of our online shop, newsletters, and social media, so please understand this in advance. If you do not wish for your images or emails to be published, please kindly let us know. Disclaimer
1. By using our store and the products and services provided by us, if the customer suffers any damage (whether direct or indirect), we shall not be liable for any compensation for damages. Regarding the warranty for product defects, if we exchange the product for a good one, we shall not be liable for any compensation for damages.
2. In cases where the exemption clauses stipulated in these terms and conditions do not apply, and the company is liable to the customer or a third party, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the company, liability shall be limited to direct damages, and the amount of damages based on such liability shall be agreed upon in advance by the company and the customer to be capped at the amount the customer has paid to the company in any case.

Separability
Even if any provision or part of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable under the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations, the remaining parts shall continue to be effective.

Others
1. In the event that a lawsuit is necessary regarding the use of this service, the Kobe Summary Court or the Kobe District Court shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction for the first instance.
2. In the event that the customer fails to pay the transaction amount or violates these terms, any costs incurred by the company for hiring professionals such as lawyers will also be borne by the customer.
