About delivery time

Since this is made to order, it will take some time for delivery.

Our store operates on a "made-to-order" system, where each item is individually crafted at a domestic workshop after receiving your order. Please allow approximately one and a half months for delivery (2 months or more for marriage rings).

If there are any matters that require confirmation, such as deciding the size after placing your order, production will begin only after all confirmations are completed.

About the order process

[ For made-to-order jewelry ]
1. Your Order
Please place your order from our online store.
You will receive an automatic email titled "Order Confirmation (Automated Email)" shortly after placing your order. Please check to ensure that there are no mistakes in the shipping address or order details.

2. Confirmation of Your Order
After confirming your order details and stock availability, we will send you an email with the subject "Order Confirmation Notice." At this time, we will also inform you of the expected shipping date.
*If you are renting a size gauge, we will inform you of the shipping date as soon as we receive your confirmation of the size.

*If you place an order in person at the atelier, the email for [2] will not be sent.

3. Payment
Payment processing will be automatically completed at the same time as the order confirmation.

4. Jewelry Making
It will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to manufacture at our partner workshop.

5. Notification of Completion Date
About a week before the product is completed, we will send you an email titled "Your Jewelry Will Be Ready Soon." We will inform you of the expected shipping date, so if you have any preferred delivery date, please let us know.

6. Jewelry Completion & Shipping
We will inspect each piece of jewelry finished at our store. If there are no issues, we will prepare for delivery. After shipping is complete, we will send you an email with the subject "Your order has been shipped."

About Delivery

Our jewelry will be delivered via Kuroneko Yamato's express delivery service.

- You cannot specify the delivery date and time when placing your order. We will inquire about your preferred delivery time approximately one week before the product is completed. If you wish to specify a time slot, please respond to the "Your jewelry will be ready soon" email.
- Even if a time slot is specified, delivery may not be possible within the designated time due to weather or traffic conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
- Changes to other delivery services are not allowed.
- We also accept delivery to Kuroneko Yamato service offices. Please let us know the name of the service office you wish to receive your package at.
- If you order goods or care products individually, they will be delivered via Nekopos or express delivery.

About shipping

Jewelry will be delivered with free shipping (excluding some regions)

* For deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa, a flat fee of 550 yen will be charged.

- If you only purchase goods, care products, or accessories, additional shipping fees will apply.
- The round-trip shipping fees incurred during repairs, maintenance, or cleaning will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation of Orders and Changes to Order Details

Once your order is confirmed, production will begin immediately at our partner workshop, so we cannot accept any cancellations or changes to your order after it has been placed. Please make sure to consider your order carefully before submitting.

・If you must cancel after production has started (after we send the order confirmation email), we regret to inform you that you will be charged 50% of the product price excluding tax.
・If you use the "Ring Size Gauge Rental Service" and cancel your order due to personal reasons (including if the size you need is not available), we will charge 550 yen (tax included) for round-trip shipping and packaging costs (any difference will be refunded). Additionally, if you do not return the ring size gauge, it will be considered a purchase, and you will be required to pay the cost equivalent to replacing it with a similar item or the repair fee.
・If you request changes to your order details such as size or metal type after production has started (after we send the order confirmation email), any changes due to customer reasons will incur additional processing fees regardless of the reason.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges other than defective products are not accepted.

Returns are not accepted for made-to-order jewelry, other one-of-a-kind items, clothing, and consumables such as care products. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Returns due to a difference in customer image are also not accepted. If you have any questions or concerns, please be sure to contact us before making a purchase.

In the case of returns or exchanges due to defective products (including free repairs)
We take great care in checking and shipping our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or a product different from what you ordered, or if the product is damaged during delivery, we will promptly exchange or repair it at our expense. (In cases where exchange or repair is difficult, we will issue a refund.) We kindly ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product (within 3 days for 'MINERAL SPECIMENS' only).

However, in the following cases, returns or exchanges cannot be made even if there is an initial defect. For products that can be repaired, repair services will be provided for a fee.

- Products that have been used even once (excluding indoor fitting)
- Products that have been damaged or soiled while in the customer's possession
- Products with lost stones
- Products that have been sent for cleaning or washed

-Sale items (can be returned in case of initial defects)

・Please be sure to return the item using a method that allows for tracking and has insurance. If you return the item using a delivery method that does not leave a record, such as regular mail, and the item does not reach our store due to loss or any other reason, we will consider that the item has not been returned and the transaction will be deemed complete. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
- In the case of consumables such as care products, we will return them using the shipping method you selected at the time of purchase. (If they are returned together with jewelry, we will return them via Nekoposu.)

About Refund Methods
- After confirming the arrival of the returned product, we will process the refund for credit card and various payment sales within 7 business days, or we will dispose of the product. (In some cases, the refund will be made via bank transfer to your specified account.)
- Shipping fees and various charges are not eligible for a refund.

Regarding returns due to refusal of receipt or long-term absence
- If you refuse to accept the package without any prior notice after it has been shipped, or if the package is returned to us after the storage period has expired due to long-term absence, all costs related to the return and reshipment will be borne by the customer. Additionally, if you do not contact us within 7 days from the date we receive the returned item, it will be considered an order cancellation. In that case, we will not be able to refund the order amount.

About the product

・As a general rule, our brand uses samples specifically for photography when taking product images; however, for some items (mainly one-of-a-kind pieces), we may use the actual product intended for sale. In such cases, we take great care to prevent any dirt or damage from the photography process and ensure the item is finished as new before delivery.
・We strive to make the color and texture of the products as close to the real thing as possible, but depending on your device or display characteristics, the actual color may appear different.
・Please note that the specifications, prices, and production of listed products may change or be discontinued without prior notice.

Size gauge rental

For customers who have ordered a ring, we offer a free rental of our original ring size gauge so you can measure your size at home (*). Available sizes range from 0 to 17, and you can measure in 0.5 size increments. If you do not know your finger size or are unsure about your size, please take advantage of this service.
*For some rings, we will send a commercially available size gauge in 1-size increments.

By selecting the size gauge rental, you are deemed to have agreed to all of the following terms. Please be sure to read them before applying.

The rental period is [5 days from the date of arrival]. Once you return the gauge, it will be made available to the next customer. We kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to the return deadline.

Rental Process
When ordering, please select "Request size gauge rental" in the size selection field of the shopping cart. (*We do not offer size gauge rentals before an order is placed.)
After we confirm your order, we will send you an "Order Confirmation" email. In this email, we will provide details about the size gauge rental. If we have the size gauge in stock, it will be shipped within 2 business days. Please note that during busy periods, delivery may be delayed.

How to Use
[1] Measuring your size: Place the size gauge on the finger you wish to measure. Start with a larger size and try smaller ones until you find the best fit.
* "h" indicates a half size. (Example: "9h" = "size 9.5")

[2] While wearing the size gauge, open and close your hand and move your fingers. Check that there is no tightness when making a fist and no discomfort when bending your finger.

[3] Once you have determined your size, please notify us by email.
Place the size gauge in the enclosed return envelope and drop it in the mailbox within the rental period.

Shipping Method
We will ship via Kuroneko Yamato's Nekopos service. Delivery is completed when the package is placed in your mailbox, so you cannot specify a delivery date or time. We will cover the shipping costs for one round trip per order. If there are address errors or delivery issues due to customer circumstances, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Types of Size Gauges
Our size gauges are made of silver. For customers with metal allergies, we can provide a commercially available "plastic size gauge (1-size increments)." If you prefer this option, please indicate your allergy in the remarks section when ordering.

Other Notes
- The free ring size gauge rental service is only available to customers who have ordered a ring from us. We do not offer size gauge rentals before an order is placed.

- The service can also be used when resizing a ring. Please feel free to request it. (For resizing, the rental is provided on the premise that you will proceed with the adjustment. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.)

- Some people experience significant changes in finger size due to seasonal fluctuations. In such cases, there may be a difference between the size measured and the size at the time of delivery.
Especially, if your fingers are swollen due to pregnancy or postpartum, it may not be possible to measure your accurate size. If you are concerned, we recommend placing your order after things have settled.

- For marriage rings or rings with a wide band, we will rent out a commercially available size gauge (1-size increments).

- According to Yamato Transport's regulations, the delivery address for Nekopos cannot be changed after shipment. We will send the size gauge to the "delivery address" specified for your order. If you need it sent to a different address, please indicate this in the remarks section of the cart.

- After using the size gauge rental service, we generally do not accept order cancellations for customer convenience. Cancellations are only accepted in unavoidable circumstances, such as if your size is not available. In such cases, a round-trip shipping fee of 550 yen (tax included) will be charged.

- In the following cases, you will be required to pay the cost of replacement with an equivalent item or the repair fee:
- If you do not return the size gauge
- If the size gauge is lost or damaged due to customer negligence, improper packaging/labeling, moving, etc. (You will also be responsible for reshipping fees if applicable)

About Member Points

Members who register will earn points based on their purchase amount with each purchase (1 point for every 100 yen spent). Additionally, if you log in during your next shopping session, you can use your points at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen starting from your next purchase.
