As these are made-to-order, please allow time for delivery.

At our store, we adopt a "made-to-order system" where each item is crafted individually at a domestic workshop after receiving an order. It takes approximately 1.5 to 2 months for delivery (2 months for marriage rings).

If there are matters that require confirmation, such as size determination, after placing your order, production will begin once all confirmations are complete. For products with some stock available, they will generally be shipped within 5 business days.

2. Confirmation of Your Order
After confirming your order details and stock availability, we will send you an email with the subject "Order Confirmation Notice." At this time, we will also inform you of the expected shipping date.
*If you are renting a size gauge, we will inform you of the shipping date as soon as we receive your confirmation of the size.

3. Payment
Payment processing will be automatically completed at the same time as the order confirmation.

4. Jewelry Making
It will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to manufacture at our partner workshop.

5. Notification of Completion Date
About a week before the product is completed, we will send you an email titled "Your Jewelry Will Be Ready Soon." We will inform you of the expected shipping date, so if you have any preferred delivery date, please let us know.

6. Jewelry Completion & Shipping
We will inspect each piece of jewelry finished at our store. If there are no issues, we will prepare for delivery. After shipping is complete, we will send you an email with the subject "Your order has been shipped."

4. Shipping
We will ship within 5 business days as a general rule. After the shipment is complete, we will send you an email with the title "Your order has been shipped."

*Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Our jewelry will be delivered via Kuroneko Yamato's express delivery service.

- You cannot specify the delivery date and time when placing your order. We will inquire about your preferred delivery time approximately one week before the product is completed. If you wish to specify a time slot, please respond to the "Your jewelry will be ready soon" email.
- Even if a time slot is specified, delivery may not be possible within the designated time due to weather or traffic conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
- Changes to other delivery services are not allowed.
- We also accept delivery to Kuroneko Yamato service offices. Please let us know the name of the service office you wish to receive your package at.
- If you order goods or care products individually, they will be delivered via Nekopos or express delivery.

Jewelry will be delivered with free shipping (excluding some regions)

* For deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa, a flat fee of 550 yen will be charged.

- If you only purchase goods, care products, or accessories, additional shipping fees will apply.
- The round-trip shipping fees incurred during repairs, maintenance, or cleaning will be borne by the customer.

After confirming your order, we will immediately begin production at our partner workshop, so we cannot accept any cancellations or changes to the order details after your order is placed. Please make sure to consider carefully before placing your order.

・If you need to cancel after production has started (after we send the order confirmation email), we sincerely apologize, but you will be responsible for 50% of the product cost excluding consumption tax.
・If you cancel your order due to your own circumstances after using the "Ring Size Gauge Lending Service," we will charge you 550 yen (including tax) for the round-trip shipping and packaging costs. (The difference will be handled as a "refund.")
Additionally, if you do not return the ring size gauge, it will be considered a purchase, and we will charge you 11,000 yen (including tax) for the size gauge.
・After production has started (after we send the order confirmation email), if there are any changes to the order details such as size or metal type due to your circumstances, we will charge an additional processing fee for any reason.

Returns and exchanges other than defective products are not accepted.

Returns are not accepted for made-to-order jewelry, other one-of-a-kind items, clothing, and consumables such as care products. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Returns due to a difference in customer image are also not accepted. If you have any questions or concerns, please be sure to contact us before making a purchase.

In the case of returns or exchanges due to defective products (including free repairs)
We take great care in checking and shipping our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or a product different from what you ordered, or if the product is damaged during delivery, we will promptly exchange or repair it at our expense. (In cases where exchange or repair is difficult, we will issue a refund.) We kindly ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product (within 3 days for 'MINERAL SPECIMENS' only).

However, in the following cases, returns or exchanges cannot be made even if there is an initial defect. For products that can be repaired, repair services will be provided for a fee.

- Products that have been used even once (excluding indoor fitting)
- Products that have been damaged or soiled while in the customer's possession
- Products with lost stones
- Products that have been sent for cleaning or washed

・Please be sure to return the item using a method that allows for tracking and has insurance. If you return the item using a delivery method that does not leave a record, such as regular mail, and the item does not reach our store due to loss or any other reason, we will consider that the item has not been returned and the transaction will be deemed complete. - In the case of consumables such as care products, we will return them using the shipping method you selected at the time of purchase. (If they are returned together with jewelry, we will return them via Nekoposu.)

About Refund Methods
- After confirming the arrival of the returned product, we will process the refund for credit card and various payment sales within 7 business days, or we will dispose of the product. (In some cases, the refund will be made via bank transfer to your specified account.)
- Shipping fees and various charges are not eligible for a refund.

Regarding returns due to refusal of receipt or long-term absence
- If you refuse to accept the package without any prior notice after it has been shipped, or if the package is returned to us after the storage period has expired due to long-term absence, all costs related to the return and reshipment will be borne by the customer. Additionally, if you do not contact us within 7 days from the date we receive the returned item, it will be considered an order cancellation. In that case, we will not be able to refund the order amount.

We offer a free rental of our original ring size gauge so that those who order a ring can measure their size at home (※). The available sizes range from size 0 to size 17, and you can measure in 0.5 size increments. If you are unsure of your finger size or have any concerns about the size, please give it a try.
*For some rings, we will send a commercially available size gauge in 1 size increments.

If you choose to rent a size gauge, you will be considered to have agreed to all of the following terms. Please be sure to read this before applying.

Rental Process
Please select "Size Gauge Rental Request" in the size selection section of the shopping cart when placing your order. (*We do not offer size gauge rentals before placing an order.)
After confirming your order at our store, we will send you an email titled "Order Confirmation Notice." In this email, we will provide details regarding the size gauge rental, and if we have the size gauge in stock, we will ship it within 2 business days. Please note that during busy periods, there may be delays in delivery. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

How to Use
[1] Measuring Size To measure your size, place the size gauge on the finger you want to measure. Start with a larger size and find the size that fits you best.
* "h" indicates a half size. (For example: "9h" = "9.5 size")

[2]With the size gauge in place, try closing and opening your hand, and moving it around. Check for any discomfort when gripping your hand or any awkwardness when bending your fingers.

Once you have decided on the size, please let us know your size via email.
Please place the size gauge in the enclosed return envelope and drop it in the mail within the specified timeframe.

Shipping Method
We will ship via Yamato Transport's Nekoposu. Delivery will be considered complete once the item is placed in the mailbox, so you cannot specify a delivery date and time. Additionally, we will cover the round-trip shipping cost for one order only. In cases of address errors or inability to receive due to customer circumstances, the re-shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Types of Size Gauges
Our size gauge is made of silver. For those with metal allergies, we can also send a "plastic size gauge (in 1 size increments)." If you would like this option, please let us know about your allergy in the remarks section when placing your order.

Other Important Notes
- The ring size gauge rental service is available for free only when you order a ring from our store. We do not offer size gauge rentals for those who have not placed an order.

- You can also use this service for resizing. Please feel free to let us know. (Please note that if you are using it for resizing, the loan is based on the premise that alterations will be made. Additionally, the shipping cost for returns will be borne by the customer.)

- Some people experience significant changes in finger size due to seasonal fluctuations. In such cases, there may be a size difference between the time you measured your size and the time it is delivered.
Especially,If you are experiencing swelling in your fingers during or after pregnancy, it may not be possible to measure your size accurately.We recommend that those who are interested place their orders after taking a moment to calm down.

If you order a marriage ring or a ring with a wide band, we will rent out a commercially available size gauge (in 1 size increments).

- According to Yamato Transport's regulations, we cannot accept address changes after shipping for Nekoposu. We will send the size gauge to the "delivery address" specified by you, so if you have a different shipping address, please let us know in the remarks section of the cart.

- After using the size gauge rental service, we generally do not accept order cancellations due to customer convenience. Cancellations will only be accepted in unavoidable circumstances, such as if the size is outside the available options. In such cases, you will be required to pay a round-trip shipping fee of 550 yen (including tax).

In the following cases, you will be required to pay a size gauge fee of 11,000 yen (including tax).
- If you are unable to return the size gauge
- In the event of loss or damage to the size gauge due to customer negligence, packaging/description errors, relocation, etc. (in the case of resending, you will also be responsible for the shipping cost).

Members who register will earn points based on their purchase amount with each purchase (1 point for every 100 yen spent). Additionally, if you log in during your next shopping session, you can use your points at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen starting from your next purchase.

Baby rings are delivered in this special box. It is a slide-type, paulownia wood box.
If you purchase a mother ring along with the baby ring, all items will be set in this box and delivered with a commemorative plate.

A special case for marriage rings made of soft fabric also used for shirts and other clothing. The cushion part uses high-quality suede-like fabric.
