About jewelry repairs

We offer repairs for jewelry purchased at our store.

Before sending the item you wish to have repaired, please be sure to contact our store. We will send you instructions regarding the return, so please send the item to our store afterward. Please note that the shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
We will provide a quote within 3 business days after the product arrives at our store. After you confirm, we will proceed with the repair at our workshop.

We also accept repairs for products that are no longer on sale, so please consult us first using the repair form below.
*If you send the item with cash on delivery without prior notice, we may refuse to accept it.

[ About Ring Size Adjustment ]
Before contacting us, please check the "Notes" section on the relevant item page of the online shop for the range of size adjustments we can accommodate. Depending on the design and size, some items may not be able to be altered.
*For rings made in size 0/0.5 or outside the compatible sizes, we generally do not accept resizing as there is a risk that the shape may change.

The cost for resizing rings starts from 5,500 yen. The price varies depending on the type of ring, material, matte finish, presence of engraving, and the range of size adjustment. Please contact us first.

[ In case the chain breaks ]
If the chain itself is broken, we will repair it starting from 4,180 yen.

In addition, all round rings are pre-soldered except for some items, but if they come off, we will repair them.
※For necklaces and bracelets sold before 2013, some items may not have undergone soldering processing.

We can also handle repairs for other chain breaks. Please contact us first.

[ Regarding the Re-purchase of Earring Catches ]
If you have lost your earring backs, we also offer the sale of backs only (available from 1 pair). Please let us know the metal type and material of your earrings.

K10: 1,100 yen / K18: 1,650 yen

[ In case of deformation or cutting of the ring ]
The method of repair will vary depending on the design of the ring, the degree of deformation, and the location of the break.
We will check the condition in person and provide you with a quote, so please contact us first.

[ その他 ]
We also accept alterations other than those mentioned above. Please feel free to contact us.

[ 無償修理について ]
For products that have been used even once, in principle, all repairs will be charged (except for fitting purposes).
Free repairs are only applicable in cases where it is determined that there was a problem during the processing stage. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us once (within 7 days of product arrival). If more than 7 days have passed since the product arrival, repairs will generally be chargeable even if it was an initial defect. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

※It will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the time we receive your item until the repairs are completed.

About the care of the baby ring commemorative plate

The commemorative plate is made of brass, which has a property of oxidizing when exposed to air.
Where it is touched by hand, sebum remains, and (especially in summer) oxidation may progress quickly. Additionally, even if it is not touched, oxidation will gradually progress over time due to aging.
*From around September 2023, we have been delivering the plates with anti-oxidation treatment on both front and back surfaces.
