About jewelry repairs
We offer repair services for jewelry purchased at our store.
Please be sure to contact us before sending the item you wish to have repaired. We will provide instructions for returning the item, after which you can send the product to our store. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding.
We will provide an estimate within 3 business days after the item arrives at our store. After your confirmation, the repair will be carried out at our workshop.
We also accept repairs for items that are no longer on sale, so please consult us first using the repair form below.
*Please note that if you send items cash on delivery without prior contact, we may refuse to accept the package.[ About Ring Resizing ]Before contacting us, please check the adjustment range for resizing listed in the "Notes" section on the sales certificate or the relevant item page of the online shop. Some designs and sizes may not be eligible for resizing.
* Rings made in size 0 or 0.5, or sizes outside the adjustment range, are generally not eligible for resizing as the shape may be altered.
The price varies depending on the ring's design, material, adjustment range, finish, presence of engraving, etc. (Estimated repair cost: from 5,500 yen). Please contact us first.[ If the chain breaks ]If the chain itself breaks, we offer repair services (estimated repair cost: from 4,400 yen).
We can also handle repairs for other parts that have come off or broken. Please feel free to contact us first.[ About Repurchasing Earring Backs ]If you have lost your earring backs, we also sell backs only (available from 1 pair). Please let us know the metal type and material of your earrings.
K10: 1,100 yen / K18: 1,650 yen[ In case of ring deformation or cutting ]The repair method varies depending on the ring's design, material, degree of deformation, and the location of the break. We will inspect the actual condition and provide an estimate, so please contact us first.[ About Cleaning ]If you are concerned about dirt or cloudiness on your jewelry, please feel free to contact us. We offer various cleaning services, including washing and polishing.[ Others ]We also accept repairs other than those mentioned above. Please feel free to contact us.[ About Free Repairs ]For products that have been used even once, repairs will generally be charged (except for fitting only). Free repairs are only applicable if it is determined that there was a problem during the processing stage. Please contact us once (within 7 days of product arrival). If more than 7 days have passed since the product arrival, repairs will generally be charged even if it is an initial defect. Please understand this in advance.

About Jewelry Care
If jewelry is left with dirt such as sweat, sebum, sunscreen, or hand cream, it can lead to discoloration and corrosion. After use, please gently wipe it with a soft cloth.
When using a dedicated cloth, please choose one that is suitable for the material. If you want to repair fine scratches, a jewelry cloth with polishing agents is effective, but for jewelry with a matte finish or coating, it may compromise the texture. Please be careful not to over-polish.
[ Care Instructions by Material ]
Our jewelry is made from a variety of materials, including gold, platinum, silver, and natural stones. To ensure that you can enjoy them in beautiful condition for a long time, please handle each material according to its specific characteristics.
Gold (K10/K18/K18 Hard)
- Applying strong force may cause bending or deformation. Please handle with care.
- When sweat and sebum adhere, it is prone to oxidation and discoloration. Please be sure to wipe it off after use. If dirt is difficult to remove,Dedicated clothandCleanerPlease use it to remove dirt.
Platinum
- As it is a relatively soft metal, applying strong force may cause it to bend or deform. Please handle it gently.
If you are concerned about small scratches on the surface, please polish it with a cloth containing a special platinum polishing agent.
Silver
- Due to its very soft metal properties, it may bend or deform. Please handle with care.
- Basically, our silver products are coated on the surface, and discoloration may occur due to oxidation or chemical reactions. In such cases, please use a cleaner specifically designed for silver.
For products that have been treated with K18YG coating, please consult our store.
Diamond
・Due to its very hard nature, it is generally fine to wear it continuously unless it is jewelry with prongs (please be careful not to apply strong impacts).
・Contact with oils from cosmetics or creams can cause a decrease in shine. If this happens, please wipe with a soft cloth. If dirt is difficult to remove,Dedicated CleanerPlease use an ultrasonic cleaner to remove dirt.
Birthstone Jewelry
・Basically, please try to remove them during bathing or household chores as they may cause issues like nail lifting or stone chipping. Feel free to consult us about individual care.
▼Birthstones that require special attention
・Emerald: It has a weak nature against moisture and impact. Ultrasonic cleaners should not be used. Additionally, please avoid using abrasive cleaners and alcohol disinfectants.
・Moonstone/Peridot: They have a relatively weak resistance to shock. Please be careful to avoid dropping them or applying strong force.
・Tanzanite: It has a relatively weak resistance to shock. Please avoid ultrasonic cleaners.
Pearl
- Pearls are organic materials, so they do not have the hardness of stones and are prone to scratches. Please be careful with friction against hard objects.
- It is sensitive to acids (such as sweat), alkalis (such as food and detergents), alcohol, perfumes, creams, etc., so please handle with care. If it comes into contact, please wipe it off immediately with a tissue or a soft cloth.
・After use, please gently wipe with a soft cloth and store it away from moisture, high temperatures, and UV light.
・If there are particularly noticeable stains, please wipe with a soft cloth that has been wrung out with lukewarm water, then dry it off and ensure it is completely dry before storing.
Other Natural Stones
Some items made with natural stones may use adhesive for reinforcement. Please be sure to remove them during exercise or bathing, as exposure to moisture can cause the stones to become loose or detach from their settings.
・When using cleaners that contain abrasives, please be careful to avoid the liquid coming into contact with the stone.

About the care of the baby ring commemorative plate
The commemorative plate is made of brass, which has a property of oxidizing when exposed to air.
Where it is touched by hand, sebum remains, and (especially in summer) oxidation may progress quickly. Additionally, even if it is not touched, oxidation will gradually progress over time due to aging.
*From around September 2023, we have been delivering the plates with anti-oxidation treatment on both front and back surfaces.
