Regardless of how long you have used it, we accept repairs for jewelry purchased at our store. If you have any concerns, please first contact us through the repair inquiry form.
*Depending on the condition of the item and some products, we may not be able to accept the repair.
*Items that have been processed or repaired at another store may not be eligible depending on the details.
*Items similar to other brands' products or our brand items obtained through secondary distribution are not eligible.

Ring size adjustment

For availability and the adjustment range, please check the "Notes" section on the sales certificate or the relevant item page in the online store. Please note that rings made in size 0, 0.5, or outside the supported size range cannot, in principle, be resized.

Ring deformation

The repair method will vary depending on the ring design and material, the degree of deformation, and whether stones are set. We will provide a quotation after checking the actual condition, so please contact us first.

Ring breakage

Repair period: about 5 weeks
Basically, we will reconnect the broken part, but the repair method will vary depending on the ring design and material, the location of the break, and whether stones are set. Since many cases require a rebuild repair, we inspect the actual condition before providing the repair method and quotation. Please contact us first.

Stone setting
Estimated repair cost: from 5,500円 (stone cost extra)
Repair period: about 3 weeks
If a stone has come loose or has chipped or broken, we can repair the stone setting. If the stone has been lost, we will prepare a new one.
However, some items, such as one-of-a-kind pieces or discontinued products, may not be eligible. Please contact us first.

Chain breakage
Estimated repair cost: from 4,400円
Repair period: about 4 weeks
If the chain of a necklace or bracelet breaks, we can repair it by reconnecting it, etc. (depending on the condition of the chain, replacement may be necessary).
We also handle repairs for detached parts such as jump rings and faulty clasps. Please contact us first.
Surface finishing
Estimated repair cost: from 4,400円
Repair period: about 3 weeks
For items with surface finishes such as matte finishing or coating, the effect may fade over time due to aging. If you would like refinishing, please contact us.
Lost earring backs
If you have lost your earring backs, we sell backs separately. Please let us know the metal type/material of your earrings.
K10: 1,100円 / K18: 1,650円 (1 pair each)
Changing the number of birthstones (remake)
Available for some rings only.
We will take in your ring and offer this as a "remake," where the metal is reused and the piece is newly remade.

Free repairs
In principle, all items that have been used even once after delivery will be repaired for a fee.
If an initial defect due to a processing issue is found, we will provide free repair or replacement only if you contact us within 7 days of the item's arrival. If more than 7 days have passed since arrival, repairs will be handled for a fee for any reason.

About Jewelry Care
[ Basic Care ]
If jewelry is left with sweat, sebum, sunscreen, hand cream, and other dirt attached, it can cause discoloration and corrosion. After use, gently wipe it with a soft cloth.
When using a dedicated polishing cloth, choose one suitable for the material. If you want to repair fine scratches, a jewelry cloth with polishing agents is effective, but for jewelry with a matte finish or coating, it may affect the texture. Please be careful not to over-polish.
[ Care by Material ]
Our jewelry uses a variety of materials, including gold, platinum, silver, and natural stones. To keep your pieces looking beautiful for a long time, please handle each material according to its characteristics.
Gold (K10/K18/K18 Hard)
・Applying strong force may cause deformation or breakage. Please handle with care.
・If sweat or sebum gets on it, it can oxidize and discolor more easily. Be sure to wipe it off after use. If dirt is difficult to remove, use a dedicated cloth or cleaner to remove it.
Platinum
・Because it is a relatively soft metal, applying strong force may cause deformation or breakage. Please handle with care.
・If you are concerned about small surface scratches, polish it with a polishing cloth made specifically for platinum.
Silver
・Because it is a very soft metal, it may deform or break. Please handle with care.
・In general, our silver products have a coating on the surface, and discoloration may occur due to oxidation or chemical reactions. In that case, please use a cleaner made specifically for silver.
・For products with K18YG coating, please contact us.
Diamond
・Because it is an extremely hard stone, jewelry without prong settings can generally be worn continuously without issue (please avoid strong impacts).
・Contact with oils from cosmetics, creams, and the like can reduce its shine. If this happens, wipe it with a soft cloth. If dirt is difficult to remove, use a dedicated cleaner or cleaning tool to remove it.
Birthstone Jewelry
・In general, please remove it as much as possible when bathing or doing housework. It may cause damage such as loose prongs or cracked stones. Please feel free to consult us about individual care.
・Avoid ultrasonic cleaners.
▼Birthstones that require special care
・Emerald: Sensitive to moisture and impact. Also, please avoid using abrasive cleaners and alcohol disinfectants.
・Moonstone/Peridot: Relatively sensitive to impact. Please be careful to avoid drops or strong force.
・Tanzanite: Relatively sensitive to impact.
Pearl
・As pearls are organic, they do not have the hardness of stones and are easily scratched. Please be very careful about friction against hard objects.
・They are sensitive to acids (such as sweat), alkalis (such as food and detergents), alcohol, perfume, cream, and the like, so please handle them with care. If they come into contact with any of these, wipe them off immediately with tissue or a soft cloth.
・After use, gently wipe them with a soft cloth and store them away from dryness, humidity, high temperatures, and ultraviolet light.
・If dirt is especially bothersome, wipe them with a soft cloth firmly wrung out in lukewarm water, then dry-wipe them, and store them only after they are thoroughly dry.
Other Natural Stones
・Some items using natural stones use adhesive for reinforcement. Because contact with water may cause the stone to become loose or come off the setting, be sure to remove them during exercise or bathing.
・If using an abrasive cleaner or similar product, be careful not to let the liquid touch the stone.
By handling other gemstones according to their individual characteristics, you can keep them looking beautiful for a long time. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us.

About the care of the baby ring commemorative plate
The commemorative plate is made of brass, so it will oxidize when exposed to air. Depending on the circumstances, discoloration or speckling may appear from the time it is delivered. This is due to the nature of brass, so please understand this in advance.
Areas touched by hand may retain skin oils, which can cause oxidation to progress more quickly (especially in summer). Also, even if it is not touched, oxidation will gradually progress over time.
*Since September 2023, we have applied an anti-oxidation treatment to the front and back of the plate before shipping.
