Repair/Aftercare

We offer repair services for jewelry purchased from our store.

Before sending the item you wish to have repaired, please be sure to contact us first. We will provide you with instructions for returning your item, so please follow those instructions when sending your product. Please note that shipping and related costs are the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
We will provide an estimate within 3 business days after your item arrives at our store. Once you have confirmed the estimate, the repair will be carried out at our workshop.

We also accept repairs for items that are no longer available for sale, so please feel free to consult us using the repair form below.
* Some items may not be eligible for repair.
* If you send an item by cash on delivery without prior notice, we may refuse to accept it.


[ About Ring Resizing ]
Before contacting us, please check the resizing range listed on your proof of purchase or in the "Notes" section of the relevant item page on our online store. Some designs or sizes may not be eligible for resizing.
Please note that for rings made in size 0/0.5 or outside the supported size range, resizing is generally not available as it may alter the shape of the ring.

The price varies depending on the ring's design, material, adjustment range, finish, and presence of engraving (Estimated repair cost: 5,500 yen and up). Please contact us first.
* Repairs are subject to a fee regardless of the time since delivery.


[ If the Chain Breaks ]
If the chain itself breaks, we can repair it (Estimated repair cost: 4,400 yen and up).

We can also handle repairs for other issues such as detached or broken parts. Please contact us for more information.


[ Repurchasing Earring Backs ]
If you have lost an earring back, we offer sales of earring backs only (available from one pair). Please let us know the metal type and material of your earrings.

K10: 1,100 yen / K18: 1,650 yen


[ In Case of Ring Deformation or Breakage ]
The repair method will vary depending on the ring's design, material, degree of deformation, and where it is broken.
We will check the actual condition and provide an estimate, so please contact us first.
Please note that regardless of the time since delivery, any item that has been used even once will be subject to a repair fee.


[ About Cleaning ]
If you are concerned about dirt or cloudiness on your jewelry, please feel free to consult us. We offer various cleaning services, including washing and polishing.

[ About Free Repairs ]
As a general rule, all repairs for items that have been used even once (except for trying on) are subject to a fee.
Free repairs are only available if a problem is determined to have occurred during the manufacturing process. Please contact us for details (limited to within 7 days of receiving the product). If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, repairs will generally be subject to a fee even if the item is initially defective. Thank you for your understanding.

* It takes approximately 3 to 5 weeks from the time we receive your item until the repair is completed.

[ About Basic Care ]
If jewelry is left with sweat, sebum, sunscreen, hand cream, or other dirt on it, it can cause discoloration and corrosion. After use, gently wipe it with a soft cloth.

When using a dedicated cloth, please choose one suitable for the material. If you want to repair fine scratches, a jewelry cloth with abrasive is effective; however, for jewelry with a matte finish or coating, it may damage the texture. Please be careful not to over-polish.

Our jewelry uses a variety of materials such as gold, platinum, silver, and natural stones. To keep them beautiful and in good condition for a long time, please handle each material according to its specific properties and characteristics.

Gold (K10/K18/K18 Hard)
・Applying strong force may cause deformation or damage. Please handle with care.
・When sweat or sebum adheres, oxidation can occur, making discoloration more likely. Be sure to wipe it off after use. If dirt is difficult to remove,Dedicated clothyaCleanerPlease use it to remove dirt.

Platinum
・Since it is a relatively soft metal, applying strong force may cause deformation or damage. Please handle it gently.
・If you are concerned about small surface scratches, please polish with a cloth containing a platinum-specific polishing agent.

Silver
・Because it is made of very soft metal, there is a risk of deformation or damage. Please handle it gently.
・Basically, our silver products are coated on the surface, so discoloration due to oxidation or chemical reactions may occur. In such cases, please use a silver-specific cleaner.
・For products with K18YG coating, please consult our store.

Diamond
・Because it is a very hard stone, it is basically fine to wear it continuously unless it is jewelry with prong settings (please be careful not to apply strong impact).
・Contact with oils from cosmetics or creams can cause a loss of shine. If it comes into contact with these, please wipe it with a soft cloth. If the dirt is difficult to remove,Dedicated CleanerPlease use an ultrasonic cleaner to remove dirt.

Birthstone Jewelry
・Basically, please remove it as much as possible when bathing or doing housework. It can cause damage such as nail lifting or stone cracking. Please feel free to consult us about individual care.

▼ Birthstones that require special attention
・Emerald: It is sensitive to moisture and impact. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners. Also, avoid using cleaners with abrasives or alcohol disinfectants.
・Moonstone/Peridot: These are relatively fragile and sensitive to impact. Please be careful not to drop them or apply strong force.
・Tanzanite: It is relatively fragile and sensitive to impact. Avoid using ultrasonic cleaners.

Pearl
・Since pearls are organic materials, they do not have the hardness of stones and are easily scratched. Please be careful to avoid friction with hard objects.
・They are sensitive to acids (such as sweat), alkalis (food, detergents, etc.), alcohol, perfume, and creams, so please handle them with care. If they come into contact, wipe them off immediately with tissue or a soft cloth.
・After use, gently wipe with a soft cloth and store them avoiding dryness, humidity, high temperatures, and ultraviolet rays.
・If dirt is particularly noticeable, wipe with a soft cloth dampened with lukewarm water and wrung out tightly, then dry thoroughly with a dry cloth before storing.

Other Natural Stones
・Some items using natural stones are reinforced with adhesive. Please be sure to remove them during exercise or bathing, as exposure to moisture can cause the stones to loosen or detach from their settings.
・When using cleaners containing abrasives, please be careful to avoid letting the liquid come into contact with the stones.
