Recently, we have received a significant number of reports from users of carrier emails such as au (including ezweb) and docomo, as well as email addresses like hotmail and iCloud, stating that "emails are not being received."

This is often due to the receiving server determining the message as spam, but since there are some who receive it without any issues, we do not know the exact cause.
Additionally, there have been cases such as "specific emails that have been arriving without issue until now are not being received," "only automatic reply emails are being received," "not a single email is being received despite configuring the domain's reception settings," and "only newsletters are being received."
Since we cannot track the status after sending the email, if you have not received an email from our store, please read the information below.

Please note that there are increasing cases where delivery fails due to reasons such as incorrect email address input by the customer or outdated addresses registered with Apple Pay, etc. If you have not received any emails after placing your order, please check the following.
