・We consider the unique inclusions of natural stones (such as crystals, cracks, and attachments) as part of the stone's charm. Enjoy the individuality of each piece.
・On rare occasions, cracks or breaks may occur in the stone during the crafting process. We take great care in our work, but if a crack or break does occur, you may choose to select another stone for crafting or we will refund your payment (including cases where no replacement stone is available). Please understand this in advance.
・We do not accept any returns or exchanges after an order has been placed. Please confirm the characteristics of each stone as described above before placing your order.
・We are unable to accommodate repairs for the stones. Please handle them with care.
・To prevent any loosening, please be sure to remove the stones during household chores, bathing, exercise, and similar activities.
・Over time, the coating may wear off or the matte finish may diminish. Reprocessing is possible through aftercare maintenance (for a fee).
・Each piece is handcrafted by artisans, so there may be slight variations in color and width.
・This product is available in sizes that increase by one size increments.
・We do not accommodate size adjustments after purchase.
