・We perceive the unique inclusions of natural stones (such as crystals, cracks, and attachments) as part of the stone's charm. Enjoy the individuality of each piece.
・Very rarely, during the crafting process, the stone may develop cracks or breaks. We take great care in our work, but if a crack or break occurs, you may choose to select another stone to be crafted or we will refund the amount paid (including cases where there are no replacement stones). Please understand this in advance.
・We cannot accept any returns or exchanges after an order is placed. Please confirm the characteristics of each stone as mentioned above before placing your order.
・We are unable to provide repairs for the stones. Please handle them with care.
・To prevent the stones from becoming loose, please be sure to remove them during household chores, bathing, and exercise.
・Over time, the matte finish may fade. It is possible to reprocess it during aftercare maintenance (for a fee).
・Each piece is handcrafted by artisans, so there may be slight variations in color and width.
・This product is available in sizes that increase by one size.
・We do not accommodate size adjustments after purchase.
