With origins tracing back to before the Common Era, signet rings have a long history. In the past, they served as seals, engraved with the wearer’s family crest or name to show who they were.

That symbolic form has been transformed into a small baby ring. Instead of a seal, the signet face is adorned with a tiny birthstone, carrying wishes for a child’s birth and healthy growth ahead. From one stone to three, the number and arrangement of the stones can be chosen to express each family’s own story.

A traditional form with a new meaning. This is a baby ring like a small seal, connecting the memory of the day of birth to the future.

This version features one birthstone.A matching mother ring is also available, so parent and child can wear them together. It comes with an original brass plate engraved with a record of the day the baby was born.

All of our jewelry is handcrafted one by one by our artisans after each order is placed. For that reason, please allow about 1.5 months for delivery. We update our estimated delivery dates on our blog. Please refer to the link below.

・We do not accept size orders. The rings are made to the average pinky size of babies from around 0 to 1 year old (equivalent to sizes -8 to -9), but they may not fit every finger. Please note this in advance.
・As for the engraving on the commemorative plate, we cannot add engraving other than the listed items. In principle, all fields should be filled in, but if something does not need to be entered due to your circumstances, please write "none" in the input field. (Items marked "none" will not be engraved.) Please also note that we do not proofread the engraving content in our shop.
・If you select the optional "chain," the chain will be provided in yellow gold regardless of the baby ring's metal type. Please note that champagne gold chains are not available.
・Frequently asked questions about baby rings are compiled in the FAQ under [About baby rings]. Please refer to this before contacting us.
・Since all stones are natural stones, there may be slight scratches or inclusions. Also, you cannot specify details such as the depth of the stone's color individually.
・The matte finish may gradually wear away over time. Reprocessing is also available through aftercare maintenance (for an additional fee).
・Because each item is handcrafted by artisans, slight variations in color, thickness, width, and so on may occur.

Commemorative plate

For customers who order a baby ring, we will deliver it as a set with an original brass plate engraved with the baby's "name," "date of birth," "time of birth," "height," and "weight."
The plate is adorned with one cubic zirconia stone in a birthstone color. Each piece is handcrafted individually by a metal engraver.
* Because it is handmade, the texture and finish may differ slightly from the photos.
* Over time, uneven coloring or spotting may appear after delivery. This is a characteristic of brass as a material, so please understand in advance.
* The commemorative plate will be set with the standard birthstone color. (For September, this would be blue sapphire color, etc.)

Message card

A card is included with all baby rings. Please be sure to write a message.

Engraving on the ring

・Up to 20 half-width characters can be engraved on the inside of the ring.
・Supported characters: Alphabet letters and numbers 　*Kanji, hiragana, and katakana are not allowed
・Half-width spaces and symbols are also counted as characters.
・Symbols such as hearts are treated as full-width characters and count as 2 half-width characters.
・You can refer to the engraving content entry field for the symbols that can be engraved.
・You cannot choose the font style.
・We do not proofread engraving text at our store. We will engrave the content exactly as entered, so please review it once more before placing your order.
・Since the engraving is done in a very small size, setting everything in all caps will improve readability.

Wrapping

Wrapping with a ribbon around a high-quality cotton flat pouch. The baby ring will be delivered in a slide-top paulownia wood box.
