When looking at a white porcelain vase, you can feel a tension stretched within the stillness. The shape created to receive something seems beautiful precisely because it is not complete in itself. I have been drawn to that presence for some time.

While embracing an empty space, it maintains "room for something to be born" there. I wanted to capture that quietness and tension in a small form of jewelry──and from that thought, this ring was born.

At the top, like the small opening of a vase extending from the arm, a tiny birthstone is set. Available in two colors: yellow gold and champagne gold. The curved surface of the matte gold catches the light and softly reflects it like the glaze of white porcelain.
