- We consider the inclusions unique to natural stones (crystals, cracks, impurities, etc.) as part of the charm of the stone. Please enjoy the individuality of each piece.
- In rare cases, there may be cracks or imperfections in the stone during the crafting process. We take great care in our work, but if cracks or imperfections occur, you may choose another stone for crafting or receive a refund (including cases where a replacement stone is not available). Please understand this in advance.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges after placing an order. Please confirm the characteristics of each stone in advance and then proceed with your order.
- We are unable to provide repair services for the stones. Please handle them with care.
- Exposure to moisture can cause the stones to become loose. Please make sure to remove them when doing household chores, bathing, exercising, etc.
- The matte finish of the stones may fade over time. It is possible to have them reprocessed through aftercare maintenance (for a fee).
- Each piece is crafted by artisans, so there may be slight variations in color and width.
- This product is available in sizes that are one size increments.
- We do not offer resizing services after purchase.
