About delivery date

Marriage rings require approximately 2 months for delivery. Please note that the delivery time may vary from other items at cobaco BRIDAL. (Depending on the season, it may take more than 2 months.)

Ring size gauge rental

We offer free rental of ring size gauges for those who have ordered a ring at our store. If you are interested, please check [Size Gauge Rental].
* We do not offer rentals before placing an order.

Other

- Regarding marriage rings, we do not sell rings individually as a rule. Please choose two items from the cobaco BRIDAL collection and order them as a set.
- If you inform us of the size after placing an order, the price may differ from the time of order depending on the selected ring size. Please proceed with a separate payment process for any additional costs after the size is determined.
- The matte effect may fade over time due to aging. It is possible to reapply it through aftercare maintenance (paid service).
- Since each piece is crafted by hand by artisans, there may be slight variations in color and width.
- After purchase, size adjustments can be made within the range of ±2 sizes.

Engraving on the ring

・This ring can be engraved with a maximum of 20 half-width characters on the inside. If you wish to have an engraving, please select "Yes" in the "Engraving" section and enter the engraving content.
・Font: Alphabet and numbers only. Kanji, Hiragana, and Katakana are not allowed.
