STORY01: In celebration of the 10th wedding anniversary
「For our 10th wedding anniversary, I would like to cherish and wear it layered with my wedding ring.」
K-san, who ordered the Gold Ring_plain (narrow) as an anniversary ring. The inside of the ring is engraved with "10th Anniv."
Celebrating your wedding anniversary by adding another ring to your wedding band. What a wonderful way to celebrate!
Some people prefer to include the "anniversary" part without abbreviating it, like "5th Anniversary."
STORY02: Arranging the initials of the family
Selected by T-san, the Birthstone Ring_milgrain (4 stones) has been engraved with the initials of the family to match the arrangement of the birthstones.
Others also insert spaces or middle dots (・) between initials like "T Y R," or use symbols like hearts (♡), stars (☆), or infinity (∞) as in "S♡H."
Many people choose to have engravings like "love family," "my family," or "yamada fam" on their family rings, rather than just using family initials as shown in the photo.
STORY03: Embracing Your Favorite Words
ご自身へのプレゼントとしてリングを2本オーダーしてくださったNさま。Birthstone Ring_milgrain(1石)の内側には「Laugh&grow fat」の刻印が。
I found out that it is a proverb that says "Fortune comes to those who smile." It seems to be a message to yourself to always try to smile, no matter the circumstances.
For protectionGold Ring_plain(wide)O-sama, who placed the order. The inside of the ring is engraved with "We'll be alright." It is said to be a favorite phrase chosen from a line of a song by an artist who has been a fan since their teenage years.
I feel like it's a new way to use a ring that didn't exist before, to wear your favorite words.
STORY04: Celebration of the 70th Birthday
母の70歳の誕生日に、古希のお祝いとして贈ったバースストーンリング_milgrain。家族の誕生石をあしらい、リングの内側には「70th BIRTHDAY」と刻印を入れました。
I have noticed an increase in orders saying, "I will give this as a present for my mother's 60th birthday," and I have seen the engraved message "60th birthday" more often, and I think it is a very wonderful gift.
STORY05: Engraving on the Wedding Ring
以前は「2020.11.22 StoH」のように結婚記念日とおふたりのイニシャルを「to」でつないだ刻印が定番でした。けれど、最近では「to」の代わりに「+」や「&」でイニシャルをつなぐものが多くなっています。
Is it more of a nuance of "you and me" rather than "from men to women"? It feels like it reflects the spirit of the times.

Make the engraving text a little larger
For rings with a width of 1mm, such as baby rings, the size of the engraved letters will also be smaller to match the width of the ring. If you want to engrave the entire text as large as possible, some creativity will be required.
First, please take a look at this engraving example. The name part is engraved in uppercase as "HANA". The width of the letters from the birthday date to the name is aligned, so the entire text is engraved in equal size.
Next, please take a look at this engraving. It is an example of an engraving that combines uppercase and lowercase letters. What I would like you to pay attention to is the lowercase "y" part.
Compared to the engraving example "2018.5.10 HANA" that you just viewed, in the engraving example "Always with you," the letter "y" protrudes below the underline.
The engraving is done on the inside of the ring in alignment with the blue line under the "y", which makes the entire engraving appear slightly smaller due to the inclusion of the letter "y".
If the characters you want to engrave include letters like "y" or "g", please use "Y" or
Aligning the text in uppercase like "G" makes the entire text engraved across the width of the ring, making it easier to read with the naked eye.
Please use this as a reference when you're unsure about the engraving content.
*Depending on the angle at which the ring is photographed, there may appear to be a difference in the depth of the engraving, but in reality, it is consistently engraved.
