This is information about the atelier in November.
In the latter half of November, due to participation in events, we will not be able to accept reservations at the atelier (only online consultations for marriage rings are available). We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
On "Appointment Days," you can visit the atelier by advance reservation, one group at a time. On "Open Days," the atelier is open all day and you are welcome to visit freely without a reservation. We look forward to your visit.

・Since cobaco items are made to order, you cannot take them home on the same day (with some exceptions).
・We only accept cashless payments such as credit cards and Apple Pay. Thank you for your understanding.
・There are delicate and breakable items such as glass and natural stones in the atelier, as well as stairs and steps. Please take extra care if you are accompanied by children. On Open Days, please be considerate of other customers.
・As you may try on jewelry, we ask for your cooperation in sanitizing your hands with alcohol upon entering.
・There are no restroom facilities inside the atelier.
