"Appointment Days" are by advance reservation only, allowing one group at a time to visit the store. "Open Days" are days when the atelier is open all day, and you can visit freely without a reservation. We look forward to your visit.

・Since cobaco items are made to order, they cannot be taken home on the same day (except for some items).
・We only accept payments via credit cards, Apple Pay, and other cashless payment methods. Please be aware of this in advance.
・Inside the atelier, there are delicate and fragile items such as glass and natural stones, as well as stairs and steps. Please be very careful if you are bringing children. On open days, we kindly ask you to be considerate so as not to disturb other customers.
・Since you may try on jewelry, we kindly ask for your cooperation in disinfecting your hands with alcohol upon entering the store.
・There are no restrooms available inside the atelier.
