"Appointment Day" is a reservation-based system where one group can visit at a time. "Open Day" is a day when the atelier is open for a full day, allowing you to come freely without a reservation. We look forward to your visit.

- Cobaco items are made to order, so they cannot be taken home on the same day (with some exceptions).
- In the atelier, we only accept cashless payments such as credit cards and Amazon Pay. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
・The atelier contains delicate and fragile items such as glass and natural stones, as well as stairs and steps. Please be cautious if you are bringing children. Additionally, during open days, we kindly ask for your consideration not to disturb other customers.
- Since you may try on jewelry, we kindly ask for your cooperation in disinfecting your hands with alcohol upon entering the store.
・There are no restrooms available in the atelier.
