On Friday, September 25, 2026, we plan to switch customer accounts for the online store to a new system.
After the change, login will switch from using your existing password to using a 6-digit verification code sent by email.

Enter the email address registered with cobaco

Enter the 6-digit verification code sent by email
You can log in after completing the above steps.
If you are already a registered member, you do not need to create an account again. Also, your current password will not be used for login after the change.
If you enter a different email address from the one registered, your past order history and points may not be displayed. Please be sure to enter the email address you have used for member registration and shopping.
[ About the Registered Email Address ]
A verification code sent by email will be required for login after the change.
Please confirm by the change date whether your currently registered email address can still be used.
If the registered email address can no longer be used, or if you are unsure which address is registered, please contact us at the email address below by the 23rd, two days before the change date.

When contacting us, please provide your registered name and the currently registered email address, as far as you know.
*If we cannot verify that it matches the information at the time of registration, we will not be able to provide a response.
If you do not receive the verification code email, please check your spam folder and email reception settings, and set your mail settings so that emails from info@cobaco.shop can be received.
[ About the My Page Display ]
After the change, the design of the login screen and My Page, as well as the displayed domain, will change.
When you move to My Page, a different design from the online store and the [post-migration displayed domain] will be shown, but this is an official cobaco page using Shopify's system. Please feel free to use it.
[ About Order History and Points ]
The order history, registered information, and points currently shown on My Page will remain available after the change. You do not need to transfer your points yourself.
Your points can still be checked on My Page after logging in, even after the change. You can also use your points during shopping as before.
However, if you log in with an email address different from the one registered, your points may not be displayed correctly. Please be sure to log in with the email address you have used for member registration and shopping.
In addition, order history from before September 2023 will not be displayed on My Page, as before. Thank you for your understanding.
The verification code is for use only by the person logging in. Please do not share the code sent by email with any third party.
