“Appointment Days” are by advance reservation, with one party admitted at a time. “Open Days” are days when the atelier is open to everyone for free, without a reservation. We look forward to seeing you.

・As cobaco items are generally made to order, they cannot be taken home on the day of purchase (except for some items).
・We only accept payment by credit card or other cashless methods such as Apple Pay. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
・Inside the atelier, there are delicate and fragile items such as glass and natural stones, as well as stairs and level differences. If you are bringing children, please take care. On Open Days, please be considerate so as not to disturb other customers.
・Since you may try on jewelry, we ask for your cooperation in disinfecting your hands with alcohol when entering the atelier.
・There is no restroom available inside the atelier.
