・Since cobaco items are made to order, you cannot take them home on the same day (with some exceptions).
・We only accept cashless payments such as credit cards and Apple Pay. Thank you for your understanding.
・There are fragile items such as glass and natural stones, as well as stairs and steps inside the atelier. Please be extra careful if you are accompanied by children. On Open Days, please be considerate of other customers.
・As you may try on jewelry, we ask for your cooperation in sanitizing your hands with alcohol upon entering.
・There are no restroom facilities inside the atelier.
