At cobaco BRIDAL, which offers marriage rings, we also provide online consultations using video calls for those who find it difficult to visit our atelier (Kobe, Sannomiya) in person.

[1] Application via the meeting application form
First of allcobaco BRIDAL pagePlease select "Online Consultation" from the [Application Form] and apply.
※Up to two weeks before the desired meeting dateに必ずお申込みください。
[2] Information regarding the meeting schedule from our store
Within a few days of your application, we will send you an email with information about the meeting schedule and the next steps from our store.
[3] Application for Sample Kit
We will deliver a sample kit to your location so that you can actually check the design and color of the marriage ring before the online consultation day. Once you receive the notification email, please first place an order for the sample kit rental.
*The rental price for the sample kit is 3,300 yen (including tax). After an online consultation, if you order a marriage ring, we will refund the rental fee for the sample kit by deducting it from the purchase amount.
[4] Sending of Sample Kit
We will deliver the sample kit by the day before the online consultation.
The sample kit includes the following items.

*Please note that the sample kit is limited in quantity, so there may be delays in delivery depending on the timing. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
[5] Online Consultation Day
We will use an online meeting system for the meeting. When it is time for the meeting, please click the URL provided in the invitation email and enter your name. You can then join the meeting directly.
The estimated time for the meeting is about 1 to 1.5 hours. You will be able to try on sample rings while communicating with the designer.
After the online consultation, please attach the included cash-on-delivery slip to the cardboard box at the time of delivery and return the sample kit. If you would like to place an order, please order from the online shop.
*Please return the sample kit within 7 days after the online consultation ends.
