※Important Notes on Account Cancellation
・If you wish to cancel your account, please fill in your registered name and email address in the form below and press the submit button.
・Once you cancel your account, your membership information will be deleted, and you will no longer be able to use any services linked to your membership information (such as points). It is not possible to restore your membership information after cancellation.
・You will no longer be able to check your order history in the online store. Even if you register as a new member again with the same email address after cancellation, you will not be able to access your previous favorites or purchase history.
・If you wish to cancel, the user must submit a cancellation request in accordance with the method specified by us. We may retain the user's information for a certain period of time after cancellation in accordance with applicable laws. The cancellation process may take up to 2 business days to complete.
